When we undertake a design and build contract we take your initial design and planning drawings and we employ and manage the Architect and Engineers to develop the design through all of the stages. This includes obtaining Building Regulations approval, working with the architects to produce a detailed design, completing the build process, and issuing ‘as built’ drawings.
We have experience in incorporating the latest construction methods into our developments and encourage the use of methods and products which increase efficiency of energy, water and material resources.
For those who want more control over the decision making process we are able to offer services at a cost-plus basis which also means any cost savings from our discounts on materials and trades are passed on.
